Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | My lifts aren't too impressive, but I'm gonna man-up and just post em: Inclined db bench press: 35 x 12, 45 x 10, 55 x 5, 65 x 5, 70 x 5, 75 x 3 Decline db fly: Very slow reps - 4 count on eccentric, 4 count on concentric, 2 count at the top while squeezing as hard as possible 35 x 10, x 8, x 5 -- after last rep, directly into bench press with same weight for 5 reps (just short of failure) Plate loaded machine shoulder press Weight is per side 45 x 12, 55 x 10, 65 x 10, 70 x 8, 80 x 8, 90 x 6, x 5 Upright row with low pulley rope 60 x 10, 70 x 10, 90 x 10, 100 x 10, 110 x 8 Rear delt row with rope pulley 80 x 10, x 10, x 14 -- this weight was too light, haven't done these in a while, gotta remember to use more Smith Machine Shrugs Before you ask... I like smith shrugs. I do not like bb shrugs. With the smith, I get a better range of motion which I feel works best for me. I let the weight hang dead then bring the shoulders up to parallel with my ear lobes on each rep and pause at the top with a hard squeeze. 20 x 15, 70 x 15, 90 x 15, 110 x 15, x 12, x 10 Followed by one set of 75lb db shrugs x 12 Dips BW x 10, BW+25 x 5, x 5 db Tricep Press 55 x 10, 65 x 10, 75 x 9 Rope pushdowns 60 x 10, 70 x 8, 80 x 8, 90 x 6 My lower back was complaining a little bit at the end of the workout. I did a fairly high volume of deads yesterday, so I guess that's why. Otherwise I felt really good and had plenty of energy. Tomorrow morning is legs.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Well, being as I'm on vacation, I kinda have my eating routine disrupted. Normally, I eat the same thing every day mon-fri so I know exactly what my caloric intake is and my macros are all as I like them. I need to redo my diet again soon, as I can add omega 3 back into my diet after the XF, and I should adjust my cals for the weight I've lost so far on this cut (about 20lbs so far). Today, my diet looks like this: upon waking: 100g oats + 30g whey Prior to workout: 4 scoops Excell (BCAA) During workout: 40g whey + 40g dextrose After workout: 4 scoops Excell, 1 chicken breast, one sweet potato the size of a softball Just a couple of minutes ago: 40g whey For dinner, I am grilling up some steak tips. I plan on eating 8 oz or so of these with some veggies, probably zucchini and summer squash Then before bed I will mow down 226g of 1% cottage cheese

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | I am on the last four days of running Designer Supplements NHA stack (Rebound XT + ActivaTe) + Molecular Nutritions X Factor together. I've used the NHA stack before and I know that it kicks ass. I'm not sure what to think of the X Factor right now as I can't weed out what was NHA and what was X Factor in the results I experienced. I'd really have to run it alone sometime to make an accurate evaluation of its effects. All I can say is that the effects of stacking all the products where what I wanted; the cycle has done a good job at allowing me to maintain strength and preserve muscle tissue while losing fat at a consistent rate of about 1.5 lbs/week. I may have even gained a little lean mass, but certainly not a lot... no more than a couple of pounds. I am presently also taking ALRI's Hyperdrive 3.0 and Thyrogen X. I like the results so far. Hyperdrive is a pretty powerful stim, way more powerful than I thought it would be. One pill gives a good boost to energy and it lasts a long time. The noticeable effects from one pill a day wore off after a few weeks, so I took two... it was unpleasant. I made the same mistake again today... just decided to pop 2 and see what happened. I can describe the feeling as being similar to that shakey, wired, nauseas feeling you get right after you've either been in a fight or a very heated argument. That feeling after a fight is caused by adrenaline (epinephrine) and this is clear evidence that Hyperdrive is indeed a potent beta-adrenergic receptor stimulator. Is the Thyrogen doing what it claims? Beats me. It's hard to judge the effects of a lipolytic product when it is being stacked with another product that also promotes fat loss. I use Excell, a BCAA product from Anabolic Innovations. I take Excell before and after every lifting session, during my cardio sessions and I use it whenever I am in a situation where I might have to go a little longer between meals than I'd like to. I also use it when I go hiking or do any other physical activities. I take glucosamine + MSM daily, a multi daily, and a B complex daily. I'm not taking it right now, because of the X Factor, but I normally take 2 grams of cissus daily. Again, because of X Factor, I'm off it right now, but I normally consume 6 fish oil caps + 6 Flax seed caps daily. My next supplementation experiment is with Scivation's Anagen and Noxidant, both of which I just received and will start implementing within a week.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 158 | I don't think it's really fair of you to be taking glucosamine + MSM every day. Everyone knows that stack is more potent than D-Bol + Deca stack....

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Skelarama: I have doubled my normal dosage of glucosamine just for you Alrighty, so yesterday I was derailed again. I wanted to hit legs before going to a clambake thrown by my wife's side of the family every 4th of July weekend, but I had hit the road around 8 am and my gym doesn't open until 7on saturday, so no legs. At the clambake I didn't eat too bad. I did have 7 light beers over the course of 7 hours. I had a bottle of water for every beer consumed. I pee'd like a madman. I had some low fat cottage cheese dip that my wife makes, it is sooo f'ing good, on wheat crackers. I had two lbs of clams and a lobster with no butter. I then had a cookie and a brownie. I drank some Excell on the drive home. Once home I had two chicken breasts and then my cottage cheese before bed. Not too bad overall. Today I will be destroying my legs.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | It tastes pretty good. I especially like the fruit punch. I've also tried the strawberry which isn't bad either. There's a big difference in the potency of the flavoring between those two. The fruit punch has a quite strong sweet flavor, almost too strong so it needs to be diluted with a lot of water. The strawberry has very little flavor, too little for my taste. For now, I'm actually mixing them together until I run out of fruit punch... the combo is excellent.

| Pro Stature | Id get the cookies, alot o fem, but its cheaper to make homemade protein bars than them, so i do that once i get out of college, and have a good job i will be ripppt. My funds suck to buy alot of things that would just be helpful, and when im at school i have no funds really, plus i feel obligied to enjoy my time there since once thats done its reality really.. and im hoping to get a hot wife that can cook real good, and will cook me amazing meals all day long. healthy eating is expensive too!!! which sucks... but yea, that will be her #1 job, after sex of course. basically, what im saying is, if this were a 3 year contest.. it would be minneee! haha
