Damn straight that's a lot of f'in cardio.

Today, after I did my lifts at the gym, I went over my sister's place and played soccer with my two bros-in-law, my two kids, and my nephew... man, it was brutal. The heat and humidity was crazy and we probably played for an hour straight... I was dripping sweat. I only drank one beer today... I kept the diet decent, but I did have an M&M cookie ice cream sandwich after the soccer... I felt I needed the carbs at that point.

Well, tomorrow's the day. I don't know what to expect when I take the pics... my sisters told me today that I'm getting too thin and then I told them I still have 20-25 lbs to lose... they think I'm nuts and/or have some form of eating/exercise disorder/syndrome. I expect as much though... everyone else in my family is overweight. I weigh less than both of my sisters right now and that pisses them off to no end.

It's the end of the road for the SKPT, but just the beginning of my tranformation into a serious bodybuilder. I am happy with the progress I've made and I see my goals for the future as not only achievable, but inevitable.

Most muscular bonus pics. Try not to cower in fear when viewing.

You might disagree, but I think your legs are one of your strong points. You are looking cut up all over, and most people have a rough time getting their legs to follow suit. Your lats are great too! I'll trade you my legs for your lats

Yeah bro... I'm inclined to actually agree with you. My legs are very lean, even when the rest of me is covered in a blanket of fat... my arms stay quite lean too. I have been working my legs seriously for less than a year. I was rolling on 21" wheels when I finished my last cut in November of 2005. My hammies and calves have really cut up in the past month. I'm telling you those glut-ham raises are the most effective exercise for hammie development ever.

Your legs would look ridiculous on my tiny body. And my lats would fail to impress on your big body. NO DEAL!!!

But just imagine how much taller you'd be, and how many comments you'd get

I have to try those glute ham raises
