started prima force CLA, scivation sesamine, and animal pak today

also will be increasing my camphibolic doese to 3 caps before bed, and 2 in the morning as well as adding now zinc + magnesium (to replace ZMA in now adam I was using prior to animal pak).

july 12th I will make the switch to red acid, and add blue up stim free to my prebed supp intake.

after a few days on liposolv, I can say I feel a burning/tingling sensation now when I apply it to my abdomin area. feels good, and I hope it keeps reducing the fat in that area!

also changing my anti-oxidant intake
was taking 2 NOxidant and 1 vigor postworkout

now im taking 1 NOxidant in the am, postworkout, and before bed + 1 vigor postworkout

just got back from the gym..and i want to let you guys know.. I feel big.. and I think im getting leaner.. so yea, #1 is mine. boo-ya

i have a zit on my lip, and i think a bug bite on my forehead (idk i was drunk and found that the next day).

this is bad. im going back to college for 3 days on sunday, i need to look stellar so i can get play every night. noone wants a guy with a zit and bump on his forehead. aggh.

I'm doing cardio today...cchhyea. going to the gym 2x. first ill run and do abs til i gotta pick my dad up from his apt. 2nd time before work is shoulders/lower back

back at college this weekend, hoping i can steer clear of the bars and just smoke alot and eat grilled chicken/tuna if i can. lol

will be a small break from supplementation, dieting, exercise.. thursday i will def be back, if not wends. depends if i spend tuesday night with my lady or if she is leaving once work is done tuesday evening... so im hopin for a start back thursday, which will be day #1 on the controlled labs stack linked above.

the main thing i notice is waxy maize starch leaves my mouth kind of dry and parched.. i need to chug some water after i drink the postworkout shake (which is good) besides that I dont notice much.. hopefully the results will show a leaner cut, which can be attributed to using the WMS among other things..

the last 3 days i have gotten insane pumps
wends/thurs i felt sick during my workout, but today i feel fine.. i think it might of been dehydration from the weekend and mond/tues off of exercise, proper diet, etc...
