I was kind of under the assumption when there is a contest that the prizes were already available, Im sure people make their decisions to be in contests based on prizes etc, I know I would, and most would enter because they maybe dont have the funds to buy the supps. I think in the future all contests for online events should make sure they have the prizes in stock before announcing the contest. There is nothing worse than winning something and then waiting an extended period for it, kinda takes all the fun out I think.

It had been open knowledge that testify was going to take some time to come out. It isn't something that we have had out for a long time, it is a very new product and getting the order in was a bit more difficult than we expected, originally we thought we would have it in july, but of course that didn't happen. We do appolgize for the inconvience.

This is true but when a company offers something they need to fullfill their commitment. It really looks poorly on that company IMO.

I'm sure they will but it's been my experience that these supp companies aren't a wal mart but more like a mom and pops and unforeseen problems can really screw your intentions. I haven't even delt with Supp Kings but think the winners will get their prizes and if patience is used I bet even more than expected.

Oh I definately agree. Many companies are "mom and pop" type or small start-ups so it is even more important for them to give great service. I personally will pay more for products/services if I feel that there customer service is worth it. In a supp store that would be communication, quick shipping and customer service. I try to support the small guys first just because I the kind of person that roots for the underdog. I am sure King had great intentions and unforseen things have happened (Testify) that delayed this but the lack of communication is unacceptable.
