There is nothing in particular I dislike about Ironmass. I don't visit often only because of time constraints and I usually visit a couple other forums that I've been a member of longer first.

Please write down a paragraph about how you think we can make IronMass better.

I'm interested in more in depth discussions of physiology and nutrition in comparison to the normal "critique my diet/routine" topics. If there were more topics covering these issues and people participated in the disscussions, I would visit more often. The only bodybuilding site that has this right now though is Avant.
