Are you talking about the free samples? They are about 1 serving give or take a little. If you are saying you received free samples but the flavor EXCELL you requested wasn't there we may have been out of samples of that.

Im talking about the excell sample pack I ordered, I got the reciet for it but they were not in the box with everything else . Email sent

Yes you made 3 seperate orders. The protein powder is 2 servings. So the protein sample pack is 28 servings or almost 2 lbs worth.

I will take the blame on not putting the Excell sample pack not being in there. After getting your third order I stopped the box from being sent and opened it and started putting the stuff in a bigger box. I must have forgotten to put the Excell Samples back in YIKES>

Will get them out ASAP with 10% extra EXCELL in each one for your troubles.

lol, naw its all good. Stuff like this happens. Make sure you tell me how to measure the excell in servings because im cutting so got to count every calorie I know 1 serving is 40 cals so how do you measure it out. I got a scale so I can weigh it but dunno how much to weight for a serving.

And how much does 1 serving of the whey proteni blend suppose to weigh?

LOL Buddy it is ALL good. Now I am going to knock on wood RIGHT NOW! before I say this but believe it or not we have NEVER sent the wrong order OR forgot something in an order EVER! knock knock knock. That includes this company and the online sports equipment company I have had for over 5 years.

After I saw your post I went and looked at the weight of the package on the US Postal Receipt, I got all the items we were suppose to send you, I got the same box we sent your items in and darned if it didn't weight what we sent you. And I thought hmmmmm what the heck.

Also tried the peanut butter protein powder today, and darn that stuff was good. Wasnt to strong of a flavor but had a nice flavor to it and really liked it. I give it 8 out of 10 for taste. Good stuff

got the stuff about a week ago or maybe it was 2, dont remember .

strawberry excel - loved it
grape excel - could do without, not as good as the strawberry
peanut butter protien - VERY good in milk.
the elvis - i liked it, tasted like the peanut butter protein with banana cream.

Very good stuff, I didn't recieve the cookie stuff even though the letter said it was included in it though .

Excell over Xtend for me.

Strawberry or Raspberry are both amazing and IMO much better than Watermelon Xtend. Regarding taste, mixing, and desolving.

definatly A+ for great customer service thats for sure. Thanks alot Crowler, when my Xtend runs out, Ill make sure to pick up strawberry excell for my next BCAA product. one thing I liked about Excell better then xtend was the watermelon flavor in the xtend was a bit to sweet for me (when in water) and made me feel nasueos, strawberry excell was perfect for me.

and yeah, i somehow managed to skip the first sentence of the letter where you said some samples may or may not be included haha sorry.

As for comparing xtend and excell I really dont think they should be compared, both have the same amino acid profile. Really comes down to taste preference and nothing will ever beat watermellon xtend in my book

Yeah im a REP but im not going to be biased on taste. watermellon has always been my favorite flavor of anything and watermellon xtend is just like a dream made in heaven to me

After I try all the flavors ill tell rank them in order from which I thought tasted the best to the worse. And im not going to compare it to xtend because im a rep so people would find me biased. Im just here to give flavor feedback.
