Angry I hate you


I can't keep my mouth off these anabolic cookies. They're just... amazing. I make six cookies at a time and nuke em for 1 min 45 sec.... then i immediately pop them off the plate onto a paper plate to cool for less than a minute. Then they are moist, gooey, and delicious.

I will be honest with you. The past few weeks I have been trying to mimick your cookie recipe, and I can't get it right. Even my best attempts came out very dry and hard to swallow, lacking the flavor of your cookie mix recipe.

I'm having daydreams about formulating a diet based on nothing but anabolic cookies and fish oil capsules. This is all your fault. I'm like a cookieholic. And with 10g of protein in each cookie I'm going to end up taking ronnie's olympia title. You should be ashamed.

stonecoldtruth said he prepares them a certain way... I must find out....

BTW I am going to do a supplement log using USP Labs Product and a bunch of the Anabolic Innovations products including cookie mix, WITH pictures, YIKES now THAT is a scary thought.

Step 1: Put three generous scoops of mix in a bowl. I said generous! Go nuts! Put half the damn bag if you want!

I will share my secret to making the cookies even better with you Skelooth I add 1/2 tsp of vanilla BSL flavoring for every 3 TBSP of cookie mix. This takes out that hint of flax taste and makes the cookies go from amazing to orgasmic

I use canned condensed milk which makes them a little softer and I nuke 2 portions at a time in a small, round Pyrex dish so they come out in perfect circles. (3T mix, 1T milk - thinking of reducing it) Also, if you mix it like that it's easy to transport.

Additions:

1tsp walnuts or almonds
or
sprinkle cinnamon
or
drop vanilla, almond or butter flavor

I tried baking them but found it to be messier - if you mix them up with the tablespoon measure my method only dirties one round dish and one tablespoon which is good when you do all the freaking dishes!

I tried making my own too. I used flax, unflavored protein powder, milk, splenda, and milk. NOT THE SAME sadly.

damn these are good. i find that i had an OVERabundence of chocolate chips in my first batch of cookies. it was more like a hersey bar than a CC cookie. but i think i need to chake it up a bit.

still very good cookiest though.

My newest thing is making protein butter out of the pb flavored whey.... Crowler is making it way too hard to cut (or way too easy to bulk lol)

I've tried making my own too... denied! LOL

Seriously though, these are a staple in my kitchen and I am trying everything with them. Most recent experiment - 2T No Pudge Brownie mix, 3T protein cookies, 2T fat free yogurt = Huge, chewy brownie in 50 seconds with limited clean up.

I'm working out reducing the sugar (subing 1T chocolate protein, perhaps?), but I know that even with the No Pudge added I'm still doing better than when the PMS monster used to come around and demand sacrifices of 1600 calorie brownie sundaes. I knew I couldn't be eating those and improving my appearance, but after 6 or 7 days of cravings I would usually give in for my mental health...

And now I don't have to.

My wallet and my waistline thank you!

We might have to invest in some for the office, it's me, a weight watcher, and a hippie. And we all cycle within a week of each other. Well, there is Dad too, but he has perma-pms. And damnit, anabolic cookies sound daaaamn good right about now.

The no pudge + protein cookie combo is between 4 and 5 "points" - I need exact fiber content on the cookie to know, but I'm guessing it has enough flax to knock the point count down. And unlike most low-point food, there's enough protein to keep you happy for a few hours. I'll let you know if the reduced sugar no-pudge pans out - I'm running a 1T no-pudge + 1T chocolate protein powder experiment first to see how much sugar and baking powder is necessary to get it to rise correctly.

But even if my franken brownies don't work, the anabolic cookie mix alone is still *awesome* for PMS cravings.
