| Incognito | I want some honest feedback on progress from last month to this month. Give it to me straight up hold nothing back, I know I can't pose worth a crap, but judge me on my progress. If I suck, let me know, if I lost in any way let me know. thanks |

| IMPC Contestant | I sat down and side-by-side compared last month to this month. Your love-handles, which you hardly had to begin with, are literally gone now if you compare the two front relaxed shots. In addition, you are getting seperation in the upper pectoral/trap region (I know, bad terminology) that you did not have before. In addition your abdominal region is visibly tightening. Great progress here. As far as your rear lat spread, it looks like your lats are just now starting to really shine through and you have added some nice width to your back as well. Good progress here. Your side tricep shot is hard to compare since last month you had it wrenched down (into other hand) versus straight down. However, you can see some added forearm muscle this month ![]() Rear double bicep shows a dramatic improvement in your tricep size, rear delt definition, and posing :P Probably my favorite pic out of the lot. Side chest does not show as much change, but it could be due to different angle. The one thing is that your upper chest does appear to be filling in. I hope that helps, I usually don't critique other's work but you asked for it... muwhahaha. Cheers, SCT p.s. Now go tear into my pics, haha. I'm serious..

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | Wow, not sure if I can top the above analysis, Viper. Certainly, your bodyfat percentage has dropped noticeably. Have you been measured with calipers at all? You look much leaner. Your upper body looks fantastic, and yes, your quads are growing. You have made some excellent progress this month. There is definitely a BIG change! Keep up the hard work! Go Viper Go! ![]() |

| Incognito | Thanks ladies, you're all so sweet. I appreciate the nice compliments as I've really been busting ass in the gym. Grunt, thanks as well. Legs are truely somewhat of a mystery to me. I work them as hard if not harder than other muscle groups and they are so slow to grow. Well, let's see what July brings. I'm starting it off by drinking some beers and going out to get Taco Bell right now. That's right, I said it and I'm going thru with it. I'll prolly pay for it tomorrow, but someone's got to do it ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | You're a lot leaner Viper, great progress. Your back is huge man, makes me jealous. Midsection is really cutting up nice. Be patient with the legs, if you work them... they will grow (eventually). Taco bell and a couple of beers is nothing... I went to the Redsox game today, I was given Luxury Suite tickets by a company I give a lot of business to, and I ate: hotdogs, chicken fingers, pizza, cookies, nachos, and I probably drank 8 or 9 beers. It was a rare treat, so I decided to just fully enjoy the experience... bodybuilding is part of life, not the other way around, that's the way I look at it. As I get closer to contest time, I will be super-strict, but I gotta enjoy my summer a little. I know you feel the same.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I am really impressed with your progress so far. As far as the "cheat" meals I definately am on board with you. I actually have them once a week. I kind of follow the Body-For-Life nutrition plan of one cheat day a week. It doesn't seem to hinder my progress too bad and I still stay sane. I love certain foods too much to completely give them up. As I get down closer to November I am going to cut them out, but as for now I figure you need to enjoy some of your favorite foods occassionaly. Anyway, keep up the good work.
