Well another month has passed and it's that time that we all dread. Here's my updates coming off a 12 week bulk. The Cut has started this week, so it's time to get ripped baby

Your upperbody looks more massive than ever; you're going to look even bigger as you get shredded. The legs have come a long way bro... get them to grow some more and you can do some serious damage in competition. Do you have an aspiration to compete beyond the IMPC?

Thanks Madman, yea the Legs will take time, I'm hittin em hard but they were way behind to start with. As far as future aspirations, I'm leaving my options open. I know FnF is seriously interested, so I will support her interests to start with, then maybe after I pack on about 20 lbs of leam mass.....

Looking good bro! Your posing has improved this month also, I can tell you and F&F have been experimenting with it. Great upper body size and huge lats. Legs have come up and are definately showing more definition and size. Keep hammering like you have been. Looking forward to seeing the end results, you've come a long way already.
