Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Upperbody is looking great, Viper. Lats are particularly impressive. Hopefully you won't mind some constructive criticism: From what little I can see of your legs in these pics, they appear to be lagging behind your upperbody. Focus on putting some more mass on your legs to balance out your physique. Bring the legs up and you'll be that much more impressive in those posing trunks come November.

I will answer this for Viper. Madman Viper is 6 feet 4 inches, and yes he is doing extra hard focus on his legs, they have come along way since he started working out but being so tall and having longer muscles its alot harder to get big legs naturally than a short person. | |

| Incognito | thanks a lot for the support PJ, DNYC, no I'm not getting yourger, just feeling that way ![]() JJ, thanks also, but my quads are lacking like MM says. They just are very tought to grow for some reason. The strength is gaining unfortunately the size is not coming with them. I'll figure something out, maybe they just take extra time. Like FnF says, it's a bit tougher I think when you're 6 ' 4" and have quads that are 3 feet long ![]() |

Viper: Good to hear that you're working on bringing the legs up and I wish you nothing but success in building wheels of steel.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 7 | Wow, some serious fat lossage (<sweet word, I know...) Just a little tip on the front double bicep pose...By raising your elbows slightly higher than your delts it increases the illusion of a massive back and overall improves the presentation, and with lats with your size, it would be highly impressive. Later.
