haha thanks, yeah i have been eating a lot, my mom is not happy but such as life, i blame the success on protein shakes, i wasnt taking any before and now its just RAWR

thanks for the support, i know its hard when the flames own the oilers all the time

here is a movie of me doing cable rows, 300lbs this was my second set and my friend was making arnold noises so i started to laugh and i lost my grip. ill put this in my workout log as well
