Thanks man. I honestly can't say exactly how much they've changed because my training style has been quite different during contest prep - higher reps and lower weights. Especially near the end of contest prep, you get very tired and your lack of body fat makes it more difficult to stabilize heavy weight, and you don't want to risk injury in that vulnerable state so backing down the weights is wise. I don't think I lost a lot of strength though, and the fact that I weigh 50 lbs less makes my lifts look a lot more impressive then they formerly were. I will gradually start pushing some heavier weights and I expect my numbers will rise impressively for the first couple of months. I'm going to start a log so stay tuned.
