Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 6 | April Weigh in- 177.5lb's May Weigh in- 171.5lb's I continued cutting until I reached 170lb's, my original goal was to hit 160, but I wasn't happy with my strength loss and lack of muscle mass. I got a break from bulking, which is what I intended, and now will go up (if all goes well) to 220lb's within a year! If half of that is fat and half is muscle, I'd be ecstatic because that would mean that a year after that I'll be able to compete in a bb'ing comp (my overall goal is to compete before I'm out of HS) |
