I was just taking a second look at those pics and overall mass is crucial, cause right now, the front/back biceps as well as ab/thigh doesn't look too bad. but my side profile looks pretty bad, same with my lat spreads. I guess that's something to work on this year. you can bet im gonna bust out the weighted pullups, thats for sure. |
