July was a better month for me, I still haven't regained my full concentration and dedication but I have missed fewer workouts this month than last. Pics speak for themselves. Any comments / critiques / compliments are greatly appreciated as usual. Overall monthly grade / rating: 6 / 10

I see what you are saying - the improvements from July are a little subtle but I went back to look at your May pictures and OMG WOW! You are really looking great!

Great cut man. You'll look even better when you start bulking and add 15 lbs. Your conditioning really shows off your dedication (unless you're just really lucky).

BF% Now : 10ish %
Lean Body Mass Then: 136 lbs
Lean Body Mass Then: 148.5
LEAN MASS GAINED = 12.5 lbs

(All measurements taken flexed w/o a pump...Left measurement taken first followed by right where applicable)

Arms Now: 13", 13"
Forearms Before: 11 7/8", 11 5/8
Forearms Now: 11", 11.5" ??????kinda weird, think i measured differently?
Neck Before: 16"
Neck Now: little over 16" (need to step it up on trap development)

Waist Then: 32 2/16"
Waist Now: 31"
Midsection Then: 29 5/16"
Midsection now: 28.5"
