Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 5 | Thank you guys, I really needed this. I have been working out so hard and heavy that seeing myself grow doesnt seem as encouraging. My measurements are slightly bigger, but my weight is the same. Currently at 180lbs! Yes....I confess. Everyone tells me that I should drop the weights and just do cardio. I am currently doing 15 mins cardio, 1 hr non stop weight training (different bodyparts every day) and closing my workout with 15 more mins of cardio. Cardio is on a bike since I have an injured knee. As soon as I drop the weights I lose inches and weight, but I lose tone. Any ideas? I want to get down to 150 lbs by Nov. ![]()

Im thinking you could give the "crusher" a run for her money Its all in the diet, Ill say it a million times!!!!! Ive learned this, and have proven it now. I have a log on this site, the link is in my signature, you can read about everything I do, eat, training etc. But the driving force for me was signing up with Michael Elias, and so did Viperspit my husband. Its just to hard to figure it out on your own, id rather spend my time training and having fun instead of worrying if im doing it right, eating right, did I make the right choices today etc. The shocking thing is I am on a bulk right now, and have gained 10 pounds in 5 weeks, and I look leaner than before!!!!! But I have built muscle and it looks way different than fat on your body. Click on the banner in my signature for Team Torture, thats what we call it, LOL it will take you to Michaels Website, go under personal training and read about it! I always get the 12 week plan with 7 day meal plan, each week I eat the same menu and it rotates each day, so its different for 7 days in a row, easy to live with! all that plus your training schedule and support by email for 99 bucks, just cant beat it!Ummmmm Just dont get your hubby on that plan he already freaks me out!!!! LOL Tie him up and make him eat candy!!!!! ![]() You are a very pretty girl, I would love to see you with a ripped muscular hot body!
