Default Tamilia - IMPC Photos September 2006


Hello everyone.
Here are the new ones.
This is getting very exciting.
Even though I still have a ways to go, I feel super motivated.
I am at 178 today, but my fat percentage is down 3% from last month.
I lost two clothing sizes. I am down from 15 to 13.
My clothes are fitting better, and everything is just tightening.
I feel great, and hope to look better next month!
Doing 30 mins cardio intense on bike and step machine, wight training 4-5 days a week for 1 hour, and reducing portions and some carbs.
Not drinking too much water. I have to change this! Will work on it this month!

Thanks for the encouragement. I have not lost much weight, so I suppose the mass is in there! I guess all these months contributed to my general well being and command of my body. Now I feel that i can actually tell my body...do this or that, and it will obey!!!!
This month I will concentrate on my diet and do more cardio and see what happens!

You know, it has taken me about 6 months to get serious. It is hard to command your body to do something that you are just not used to. Five years without stepping on a gym is a lot of time, and the first pics say so!
The first month was cool, but it has been a very uphill journey to get to where I feel today.
Anyway...thanks for the encouragement.
When I get all lean I will testify you'all helped A LOT!!!! Especially this site!
