You are doing good, a little scared to see what TBB does to you I better step it up a notch!Ours will be late today, nothing but problems with backdrop, lighting and the stupid ***** camera! I know how you feel hun, the pics may look ok but they would have looked better yesterday BEFORE I did a 24h carbup and bloated up about 10lbs.. EEEP.. I have been waiting for yours, I always enjoy seeing how my real compeitition is fairing, hehe. Between you, crobar, and dawn I have to make sure I give it my all EVERY day. I'm glad you aren't going to throw in the towel, because I'd have to make a road trip to kick some ass. josh

I could prolly use a swift kick today anyway Our camera was old like 8 years and I have a light tan, it made us look like ghosts, no matter what we did, no definition was showing at all, terrible crap. Viper and I came close to a throw down, but when I flexed for him, he said...... Ok lets be friends ![]() | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | Lookin' good brother. Sorry to hear you have a torn rotator cuff (I haven't seen your log..gotta pop over now). You have great progress with your weight loss. 20lbs is AMAZING! You really have set the bar high in this competition.Your hammies and quads DO look great and your calves are coming along nicely. You certainly have a good muscle base to build on in the lower body. When do you reckon your rotators will be healed? Has your doc or physio given you an approximate date as to when you can begin training again? Excellent job! You are keeping a good pace. I look forward to all your progress pics! Cheers ![]() |

| Incognito | Sc, okay bro, I also did a side by side comparison for you from last month. First and foremost you can definitely see the weight loss in your abs. very nice work. You can also see it in your face. You're overall muscle tone is improving alot from month to month, so keep hittin the weights while you work that diet. What are you doing for cardio? How's the diet looking? Link me to your log if you're keeping one, I wanna read up on it. Keep up the great work bud. It will all be worth it, trust me. How about the little things like how do your pants fit? Are you swimming in your old ones from May? I bet you are. Keep up the didication and you will be rewarded, I can see it in the pics and I bet your family and friends can see it personally. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 184 | OMG 20lbs!! That's fantastic!! You even look much younger in these set of pics. (ok you can tell me where the fountain of youth is now? )Your legs have leaned up too and more your muscles more defined..calves are looking great as well. You've slimmed down lots too... I can tell from your waist alone. Great job!! Sorry about your rotator cuff prob. I had the same prob. happen with my shoulder last month. Argh! Hope you heal fast and 100%. Funny but, I also "carbed up" before my pics and gained about 8lbs!!! Dammit! I should have taken pics before. LoL Oh well guess next set of pics...we'll be lookn' alot leaner. Keep up the great work SCT!! ~D~

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Awesome work, SC!!! I noticed the hammie in your side relaxed immediately... totally poppin'. Your progress is super-consistent and should get even better now that you're training under the TBB crew.
