Well being confused on what to do, no goals, nothing to reach for I made an appt with a personal trainer at my gym. I typically hate gym PT's but this guy has helped me out and is inspirational. He is a natural BB'er (over 40 class) and keeps kicking butt. He's a former school teacher, a father and just a nice guy so we will see how it goes.

I do to but we will see how much he is gonna try to rape me in fees before I can say he is officially going to train me. They charge for everything from supps, diet, training, contest prep etc. I will see what happens.
