Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | April - 199.0 lbs May - 206.0 lbs (was 207.8 last week but caught a stomach bug and diet fell down.) I have been eating 5000-6000 cals daily bulking and I really starting to feel a bit guilty and a fat. I will be dropping cals to 4000 in a few weeks and increasing some cardio work to drop the belly and hopefully continue to grow in other areas. Training routine as a whole will be revamped soon since I think my body is getting used to it. Clown

Listen to us...lol..I guess we women are just never satisfied! BTW, your wife is right, your booty is growing (in a good way!) along with the rest of you! Look at those legs!Congrats, great job so far! ![]() Seriously, it's hard when you were formerly heavy to not feel guilty or fat at times or focus on areas you are self-conscious about (trust me, I get that way ALOT) but honestly you look GREAT and you've really done outstanding keep down the BF down during bulking. You should be very proud of that - you are NOT fat!! IMO, if you continue to listen to your body and do what you feel is right for you, and stay focused the big picture (not just the last reading on the scale or caliper) you will be unstoppable at reaching all your goals!! You can do it!! Besides...you don't want to get beat by a girl in our little contest - do you??!! Muwahahaha :evil5:P.S. LOVE the cowboy hat!! I think I need to get one of those!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Nice mass gains, man. You look a lot bigger. Don't worry at this point about some minor fat gain. If you want to make an omelette, you gotta break a few eggs. Just keep bulking while the bulking is good. The body is more anabolic when you're carrying a moderate amount of fat. There's still plenty of time for you to go into cutting mode. People are making great progress so far. This is going to be a real battle royal. :mgfight:

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Thanks all for your comments. I don't see the change in the pics but the tape measurements are up a bit so that's good. Maybe I am gaining evenly . Guess I will continue to eat large but have started to increase ab work. Most of ya all want 6 packs for this thing but my goal is some freaking pecs. So I gained 7 this month so my official goal will be to go above 7. Wish me luck!

Trust your measurements and objective people who comment on your physique to get a more accurate idea of your progress. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Just comparing pics and you've definately gained muscle this month SC! Your not fat either so keep bulking!! Just make sure you keep your cals as clean as possible and add some cardio if you find your waist is growing too fast. Really solid improvement for only one month! Keep it going man and what exercises do you do for your calves? They are awesome! |
