Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39   |  Spaceclown - June Picture Updates - Novice Bodybuilding and Most Improved Hello all, wasn't sure if I was going to get this update in but I got lucky and had my digital camera, laptop and a high speed connection in my hotel so here it is. This week I have been staying @ Vero Beach Florida and had a blast but the damn resort didnt offer wifi and I hae no idea what my dial up numbers are so I was pissed thinking I was going to miss this update but now I am in a roach motel somewhere in Georgia I got wifi, go figure. Pardon my backdrop and my lobster belly. Not sure of weight/BF since I have been away from my gym a lil over a week. Monday I should et these numbers and see how much fat I gained.

Welcome back to my world and all the joys of cutting..lol..that's okay, now I will just have to work harder to get seriously lean and give you a run for your money this time! (well, not really "Mr. single digit BF" but I can have fun trying!  LOL)P.S. Next time wear a speedo so you can tan those quads! Well, or turn them into lobsters if you forget the sunscreen!  Um, maybe that is a bad idea after all...LOL
