Looking shredded Spaceclown! You look leaner and more defined all over - especially noticed it in the back, shoulders look more shredded and the side pose with the bicep really looks like it is growing. Wow, if you can get shredded so quick imagine how you will look come Novemeber after you pack on some more mass and do your final cut!

Ahhh, I love my cheerleaders! Thanks I am glad things are starting to come together. 2 more weeks of this cut then time to gain some more muscle! Thanks all for you support, knowledge and opinions. I have really learned a lot in the past few months.

Looking great SC! You've really dialed it in and it shows. My only suggestion is to really practice your posing. I don't think your presenting yourself as well as you could so get that down and you'll really impress. :clapping:

Nice job cutting space, I'm impressed. I agree with DF that you need to get your posing up to par... your physique is much more impressive than your posing shows. I've been practicing posing in a mirror at least a couple of days a week for a good 20 minutes to a half-hour and it has helped a lot. It is also a really good workout.
