I see a lot of progress through your abdominals and shoulders, a mix of fat loss and muscle gain. Have you lost or gained inches? I can tell there's improvement but it seems to be going in both directions at one time.

I know what you mean. I lost some inches esp around the mid section. I was able to maintain my little muscles during this loss. Cutting a way some of the fat allows the little guys to come out and say hi a bit. So I am happy with the results even though cutting was premature IMO.
