Spaceclown - April Picture Updates - Novice Bodybuilding and Most Improved

Alrighty folks here is my submission for Novice & MIP.
Here is some brief history of me. BTW I am 6 ft. 4 in.
2004 - 253lbs of pure fatness.
2005 - 178lbs of bones.
2006 - The year of muscle, this morning 199lbs.
I hoping this year I can transform my body to something more symetrical. Even at 178lbs I carried fat around the belly and boobs. I am finally moving into the direction I want and this competition IMO will help me keep focused on my excersize and diet. I wish each contestant the best of luck.

Congratulations you did it! You have made awesome progress so far and it's just going to keep getting better from here on out! This is definitely going to be the year of muscle for you - looking great! The wife did a great job on the undies

...but where is the thong!?

Good luck in the competition! Already being lean can be a great advantage if you're careful with how you bulk!

Kinda like a freaking roller coaster huh. I have pants from size 32 to 42, currently holding steady at 34.

I am being pretty careful on my bulk. OCD helps

But I currenlty check weight and bodyfat M/W/F which is excessive but thats how I run.
