Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Attention 2006 IronMass Physique Contest Competitors This is the official forum for posting your 2006 IMPC Monthly Updates. Threads in this forum should ONLY be 2006 IMPC Picture Updates. You may reply in each other's threads, and discuss within the threads as you wish, however: The first post in EVERY thread in this forum should be a monthly pic submission from a competitor, OR, an official announcement from the IronMass Staff regarding the IMPC. Please do not start any threads in this forum that are not competitor pic submission threads. Any threads that are not picture submissions will be deleted. Thank you. Monthy Pic Submissions Should be Titled like this: "Forum Name" - "Month" Picture Updates - "Catagory Entered" For instance: EME - April Picture Updates - Novice Bodybuilding Please start a new thread for each monthy submission. This makes it much easier for the judges to see who entered their pics each month, and to go back and find them easily. Remember: No posting of Pics until 12:00 AM Eastern April 1st, and all pics are due each month between the 1st and the 10th of the Month. Please let me know if you have any questions, and let the games begin. :nosthumbs - EME

I want to show as much progress as possible, so logically I need to show as much skin as possible *without obscenity.* I have a string bikini I've been using for motivation, but while I can make the top work for posing, the bottom.... Well, let's say it will be very motivating to fit into it. Now, should I wear bikini underware? Shorts? A bikini bottom that fits but clashes garishly? Bike shorts? I don't want to constrict anything, but only my underware isn't constricting. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 51 | Whatever you are comfortable with. With the most improved physique catagory, you don't have to wear a bikini, but you certainly can if you want to. They most important thing is that you wear something that lets the judges see your physique well enough to be able to compare the results at the end. The most clothing you should probably wear for this would be workout shorts, short enough to see your thighs ( or pulled up ), and a sports bra type workout top. As for matching... that's entirely up to you. You're not being judged for style points! ( at least not in the most improved physique catagory ). - EME
