Default romanaz sept most improved

kind of a bad month for me. Had the leg injury from the failed overhead press, diet was up and down because of classes and not having food on hand and I had to make it to class, so sometimes I would miss a meal (would opt for a protien shake instead sometimes).

Woke up 198lbs today.

You have made some improvement from the start bro but your progress is too slow. You really need to get serious about your diet and cardio these next two months if your going to make some serious changes. HITT cardio 3x a week, steady state 3x and one day off. Turn it up bro, you can do it!

I've been trying to get my fatass into more cardio, and its the number one hardest thing I've had to do ever. I'm going to start forcing myself to do it on my offdays and possibly after lowerbody workouts. The diet is coming along better now that I know how much time I have to eat inbetween classes (roughly 7minutes) so its time to bust out the tuna cans.

I don't agree with your plan to do cardio after lowerbody workouts; that's the one time not to do cardio IMO. If you've killed your legs with lifts, they won't be able to handle intense cardio immediately afterwards; the result is half-ass cardio and possibly delayed recovery. Get it in gear man and think beyond the IMPC... make a change for life.

I'm going to work and see which one works better. I have done cardio after legs days and it isn't as bad as you make it seem. I'm doing uppderbody today and I'll do some then and see how it rolls. To be honest, I am not in the IMPC to win it, I'm in it for motivation to work harder (which I've been slacking on).

Well no more slacking bro!! You've seen the changes the other IMPC contestants are making, they aren't pro bodybuilders they are just regular people with the same problems you face. If this contest show's you anything it's that it can be done with hard work and dedication to your goal. Cutting sucks, cardio sucks, but it works, so learn to embrace it not for what it is but what it will help you become.

Good job, setting smaller goals are much more effective than one huge goal. I know if you get your diet straightened up you will achieve that goal way sooner than expected.
