| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Well, its been an interesting ride, coming in late, and learning a whole lot about myself and my diet (and my parents who snicker at every shot I have them take). This morning I woke up 193lbs. Thats down from the ~200lbs I was around last months pictures. 7lbs in what, 5 weeks? Not to bad. I actually attribute, maybe 1 or 2lbs of this loss to the cycle of Animal Cuts I was on. I also had a 4 day supply of Stim X (which surprised me as to how unresponsive I was to it). This competition really showed me what I need to do in order to drop some weight and actually look and feel a ton better. Its also helped me re-evaluate my goals in lifting, and thus, I am starting a basic WSB split with some help from BigDman. Cardio out, GPP in. That being said, this stretchs diet, has been nearly spot on. I've had maybe 5 cheat meals, but even at that, they weren't to horrible (chicken sandwhich @ bk w/ tons of veggies, chicken philly cheese steak w/ the works). I've worked out my macro ratio, and I'm running @ around 50p/20c/30f, or something like that. I'm just starting to get used to less carbs, but it feels better. Ok, I'll shut up now : front relaxed, left relaxed, back relaxed, right relaxed

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | The 7lbs loss was a result of just sticking to it. You didn't give up and that's the important thing, well done. So are you planning to keep on cutting still, or focusing primarily on strength?

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | the cuts going to continue for a little while, until I am steady around the 180-185 range, and then I will work @ maintenance and work on bringing the strength up. Primary focus will be on the bench, but we all know my squat and deadlift are going to soar as well. All i need to do is get my legs cut up now :-D

| FDU Devils Weightlifter | Also, with the end of this contest, I'll probably start taking pictures every so many months to post, and keep track. Can't let myself get behind in that again. and thanks for all the encouragement, as I realistically, have only had it from a few people in my life. Makes it all worth it really.
