Good month for strength gains, bad month for weightloss. I dropped to 192.5, but then I gained it back up a week later, but I don't know if it was muscle or fat. Diet has been shaky this month. I'm 199 at the time of these pics.

romanaz, stay on track bud, the diet is 90% of the fight, 3 months to go, hang in htere. congrats, on the strength gains, I'm sure you're putting on muscle and losing some fat that's why the scale isn't changing much.

exactly, has your waist size come down at all? If so you defintly are packing on some mass while burning the fat
