Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I've been mixing about 7 scoops of vanilla protein powered with about 2 cups soy milk, 1/2 cup regular milk, 2 sweeteners & some extra vanilla extract. I keep that in the fridge in a juice jug and drink it throughout the day. You might consider trying that for your bulking. Eat your regular meals, but anytime you get near your fridge, grab a small cup of protein mix. If you do that daily, you should be able to start packing on some weight, in addition to keeping up your regular training schedule, of course. The protein mix I use is from GNC. I like it - but I'm sure you could find cheaper alternatives that are comparable in taste. Personally, I stay away from anything but plain Jane vanilla.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Man I what I would do if I could just EAT whenever. Are you trying to bulk up still? Or are you trying to maintain? Because if your bulking up, just EAT whatever and constantly, if you do, theres no reason why you won't gain weight. Doing it cleanly is better, but you could incorporate a dirty bulk if your metabolism allows you.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I'm really glad you have stuck with the contest. I went back and checked out your pictures from May. Take a look at your current side tri pose compared to yourself in May. You have a very pronounced tricep now and striations are coming through in your shoulders. Good work. I hope you recognize and are enjoying the changes.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 113 | richo, i havn't seen pics of u for a while... to be honest, i really think u've maid significant progress. You used to be rediculously skinny, now ur skinny, but have some definate muscular enhancment. It may not be much, but it def shows because of your low bodyfat percentages.
