Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | ok guys, i hate posting now because i havent been making any gains compared to the lot and i am scared. dont know why but i am most happy with my last photo (new pose), i dont know, i just like it. umm as for training, still doing 100m style, which involves 4x a week running, and 4x a week lifting. and as per usual, im being a f**khead and havent been following a diet, nor been eating the amount i should. i know what everyone will say, EAT, EAT, EAT, BULK, BIG COMPOUND LIFTS. so if you have anything else, say so

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | EAT, EAT, EAT, BULK, BIG COMPOUND LIFTS - J/K Just stick with it and never give up. I look at the competition like this, I am doing it for me and me only. If I win woo hoo, if not well i definately have changed myself for the better none the less.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Hey Richo back poses are looking good bro, keep at it and keep upping those cal's and you'll get there bro. The fact that your committed and still hitting the iron is a good start. You just have to train smarter to make the most of your effort. ![]() |
