I know i have been penalised for a month late, but i see it as not a disadvantage but rather a advantage as i have to work extra hard to get them points back.

Just to let you know, i have been a little sick for the last couple days, and my Front Lats & Abs pic really shows it as i felt like i was going to puke when i took that pic. just so you know, so you don't make any comments about it haha

Anyway, great to be in this comp, i have several things to work for, which will keep me busy and happy





btw, i just realised i spelt Physique wrong in my thread title, if somehow the mods could change it, or if it is not such a big deal. i can spell, i'm just not feeling right atm. sorry about spelling, it will be better next month

My suggestion to you is this:

Eat everything in site!!!!! If it's edible and within arms reach, it goes in your stomach. Stay away from junk food, but eat as much clean food as you can possibly handle without actually puking.

sadly that won't be starting till after football season which is around October. but i am trying my hardest to eat as much as possible throughout the season but it is pretty hard because there is nothing worth eating in our kitchen. its all junk food or it has to be cooked in oils and fats. so i'm slowly trying to convert the kitchen, but it is taking time. so my progress over the next couple months may be fairly slow.

plus football is alot of cardio, so there goes some calories. but post-season, serious bulking time.

Still have to find a way to get you to eat more, I know..I know football season but if your serious about winning this thing your gonna have to until you feel like puking then eat some more!
