Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | Well, first things first. sadly i have barely been training this past month. no real excuse to why i haven't, so whatever i say will not make up for what i missed, it is in the past now. which brings me to my next statement... So bigDman, i know u were probably expecting me with some more mass and such on me, and thanks for your diet, i did follow it for ummmm..... 3 days, but then i went off it. sorry i just started WS4SB, so we'll see how i will go come next month you reckon guys. and i am going to diss the 'count calories' 'eat 5-6 big meals a day' etc etc and just what i want, when i want, and how much i want. of course by that i mean i will eat near healthy, good foods, trying to eat at least every 3-4hrs, and of course as much as i can. so we will see how that diet goes in with my new training program. i will post some 3 month comparsions of certain poses and such, they are below... thanks for any input you guys may have towards a ecto who hasn't been scuffing food down nor training hard...

| Incognito | Richo, nice job, keep at it. You already know that you have to hit the gym hard and eat a lot more that you are so I won't harp on that. The deal is that you're 18, you're in track if I remember correctly? So your metablosim is prolly thru the roof. For you to take in maintenenace level cals is not goping to work. I'd seriously suggest trying to get with someone to get your diet in order if you really want to pack on some mass, I'm not sure what your goal is, but it's just my opinion. You've got the attitiude and frame to build on, so the rest is up to you. Keep at it Big Guy! ![]() |

thanks viper, that was really motivating!! yeah i am in training for track and a little bit of field (long jump). the thing is i can't really meet up with someone in person as i live a fair bit away from a major city that has them nutritionists. one reason is petrol, and time and such. i knwo they are lame excuses. i wonder if anyone here at IM has the time??? hmm. my goals are mainly aimed at performance wise. but i do have some physique goals (well other people's bodies) but i will not be able to achieve it come by the end of this. so i don't have any speific goals for the IMPC, which is not a good idea, but how bout my goal is to achieve the best body i can in this competition but i do want to pack on mass.thanks again viper btw, keep up your hardwork. i'll be checking your pics right now actually
