Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | i thought about it and decided to stay until the end. i started this, i may as well finish it. umm the month of the past training was directed towards long jump. not as many gym days, not big meals, etc etc. now i am back, into the gym 4x a week, sprinting 3x a week. got creatine, and slowly building up on my meals (having bigger meals). so leave any flames you may have (i deserve it), any comments or whatever. | is missing heavy pulls | did you get a good protein powder yet. That is more important then creatine.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 12 | thanks everyone for the replies. its pretty motivating. i accidently had a couple days off training (weights) because i finished my last trial exam, and a couple mates wanted to watch a movie. so i did. then they wanted to go camping. so i did. but i did some football training and a football game.
