i thought about it and decided to stay until the end. i started this, i may as well finish it.

umm the month of the past training was directed towards long jump. not as many gym days, not big meals, etc etc.

now i am back, into the gym 4x a week, sprinting 3x a week. got creatine, and slowly building up on my meals (having bigger meals).

so leave any flames you may have (i deserve it), any comments or whatever.

Awesome bro this never say die attitude is exactly what will take you where you want to go! Now take that attitude and start lifting and eating like a champ and your going to make some big changes!

thanks everyone for the replies. its pretty motivating.

i accidently had a couple days off training (weights) because i finished my last trial exam, and a couple mates wanted to watch a movie. so i did. then they wanted to go camping. so i did. but i did some football training and a football game.
