Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 41 | Some pics are kinda blurry but I can still make it out. You've got a ton of mass, how much do you plan to weigh come Nov 18?

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Originally I kind of figured I would be around 180 or 185 by November. I started out at about 218 back in May. I got down to around 203 about half way through and then I kind of lost my focus. My weight climbed back up to about 215 before refocusing. I am currently at about 202 and hope to be around 190 by November. That won't get me near as lean as I expected to be, but it will get me on my way to being on contest shape for a show I am planning on entering in March.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Cut early man. It's too risky to let it go late for the contest. You might relapse and end up not being able to do the show. Burn it off now. Get within 5-10 lbs of your weight, and then carefully lean bulk until you get close to contest and peel those last few lbs off again.
