| Incognito | Way to hang in here all the way bud. You've got some great size, just need to dial everything in with the diet end. You drop a few pounds of bodyfat and you'd be one hyooge dude Keep up the great work and best of luck in the contest! ![]() |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Unfortunately, I never really did get my diet going for this contest. Reality actually just hit me two weeks ago when I realized I was 20 weeks away from getting on a stage. My diet has been the best ever in my life the last two weeks. The good news is I have become extremely inspired by some of the physiques being shown off today. It makes me feel really good to see the tremendous improvement so many people have made. I will try to post my pictures as I finally get ready to step on stage. My goal is actually to cut about 25 pounds from where I am now. (Like I said, the reality sunk in that I had to go to work). Anyway, congratulations to all on the incredible work and good luck in the contest.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Whatever your weight loss target, you should probably add an extra 5-10 lbs for safety and plan to finish your cut at least 2 weeks prior to the contest. You look to be at a similar % of bodyfat as I was when I started my cut. I dropped 30 lbs. and still feel like I had 10 more to go to get into solid contest conditioning. Of course, I was dropping muscle as well to get rid of the fat. You have to plan for some of that too, since it's going to be almost impossible to keep all of your muscle while burning fat.
