Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Like many others, I am not completely satisfied with my progress this past month. I have gotten stronger on all of my lifts, but I need to become more committed to my cardio and nutrition to get as lean as I want to be. So, here are the "relaxed" poses...

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Rear DB Bi Rear Lat Ab and Thigh Most Muscular (Sorry I didn't realize these were blurry until I got them on the computer.) Please let me know what areas you think need improvement. I have been trying to work rear delts and hamstrings a little more (in addition to cutting bodyfat).

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Rear delts are poppin'!!! Damn some of you guys and your wide lats!!! I hate my lats. For improvement... I'd have to say your core. You are relatively lean, probably leaner than me... nice definition in your back, shoulders, arms, chest... but the abs, intercostals, and obliques are still hidden. I've visited your training log, but I can't recall if you do any direct core work. You may consider it if you don't... I'd suggest heavy kneeling cable crunches, weighted leg raises, and pullovers.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Thanks for the comments everyone. I kind of lost a little focus with my nutrition the past week and a half, so getting some positive comments helped me refocus. Madman911, thanks for the specific comments. I went back and looked at my pictures after reading your comments and I see what you mean. I should start to see some of the muscles through the core by now, so maybe I need to incorporate more specific work. I think I fail to focus on those as much because the results are harder to see. When I work arms or legs I can see the pump and definition right away, but until the bodyfat drops I don't see the core muscles. Anyway, thanks for the advice and I will probably start to incorporate more core work.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I appreciate the comments. I think I have the physique I want in there, I just need to cut the bodyfat percentage down and maybe add a little size gradually. Anyway, thanks and it is great to have you join the contest. It is neat to have a couple of couples participating. It does make it easier when you both have similar goals. My wife is a runner (who also lifts), so she understands the athletic lifestyle and the advantages of living that way.
