I believe in honesty, so I must say I don't see a big change from last month. As you pointed out, it is your diet that is holding you back from your goals, so get disciplined with it and make a big change for next month. I want to blown away in August. You can do it!!!

I appreciate the gentle (but effective) kick in the rear. I do need to get it in gear with my nutrition. The beginning of my program I was doing pretty well, but I have slacked off lately.

My lifting has been really good, but as I have learned, the diet is as important if not more important with natural bodybuilding. I am going to go watch another contest this coming weekend so that should give me another good kick in the rump to get going also. One of the main reasons I have decided to do a bodybuilding contest is because I want to see how my physique will look when I am truly lean, so I have my work cut out for me to get there.

Anyway, hopefully my August pictures will be an improvement.

Keep up the great work on weights and don't let the diet hold you back! I am also battling to be lean and have similar issues where I let it get the best of me sometimes and I go off track. But we can't get lean without really sticking to it so the most important thing is to make your plan, stick to it and if you fall off, get right back on track. We all want to see you reach your goals and...so go for it, you can do it!!

Default Renewed motivation

I was able to go watch the NPC Natural Michigan Bodybuilding Championships this past Saturday and I was really impressed. It is so neat to see the impressive physiques and it really provides some motivation to see realistic natural physiques in person. I hope to be in good enough condition to compete there next year (only 12 months to prepare).
