Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Towards the beginning of the contest I had mentioned that I was thinking about competing in the open, but I just was a little unsure because I have never done any type of bodybuilding and I have never used any supplements besides protein powder. Right now I am kicking myself because I have not cut the weight that I need to to compete in any class. I've only got three months to get my head right and lose weight and only about 7 months before I originally planned to actually step on a stage in a competition. I will strongly consider your suggestions and try to get myself more committed to my nutrition.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | I'm in the same boat as you. I have to lose about 30 lbs. to get into shape for the IMPC. So that is about 10 lbs. a month, plus a little drying out in the last week. If you're planning on competing, you should definitely do what I'm doing and set your cut goal for November. That will give you a window of 3-4 months to build back up any lost muscle composition for your stage appearance.
