Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | I have missed about 4 days in the gym, but the reason why I missed those days, was because I had some Yardwork to do. I am landscaping my front and back yard with rocks, moving them from front to back and this is tideous work I tell ya. I know I need to work on my left Biceps, since you can clearly see my right one is bigger LOL. Went from 165lbs on April 1st to 161lbs May1st. This is only 4lbs in one month, but I figure 1 lbs a week is not too bad.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Well, JJ, at first MIP was the only thing I wanted to enter, but then I thought a few extra pics don't matter and said what the heck I wiull enter Novice, too. Now I know I will never win in Novice, but I am trying my hardest to improve myself.

| Incognito | miezimau, good work, 4 pounds is 4 pounds. If you're lifting as well (don't know your w/o routine), make sure you keep track of inches as well as you will be gaining muscle at the same time, so the scale is not your best judge. keep up the great work :nosthumbs |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 10 | Well, I did measure, and I have made some loss and some gains. Gains: neck, shoulders and chest Loss: waist, abs, forearm and biceps (lost of fat around those areas) Thanks for all the nice comments. My posing sucked this time around even more. I was kinda in a hurry to get them done yesterday.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 299 | Awesome first month Miezimau! I can definately see the change already! Your much firmer and more defined already. Your muscle is definately showing through more in these new pics. 1 pound a week is absolutely ideal for keeping your muscle and losing fat. If you keep that pace through the entire 6 months that's a good 24lb drop by Nov!! Keep up the nice work! |
