Default Miezimau-August Picture Updates, MIP + Novice

ok, not happy with weight and progress, but I was still in Recovery from Surgery. Starting tomorrow I am able to hit the gym again and hopefully have some awsome Pics and Improvements next month.

Just lost 0.2lbs this month and dropped a little bodyfat but not much at all.

MIP Relaxed Poses and Novice Relaxed Poses:

front relaxed
back relaxed

Great work on improving your cholesterol count. It is such an important part of being healthy! I am happy to hear you are able to get back into the gym. I looking forward to seeing more progress with you, girl. You're gonna be one hot mama! Go for it!

Hey M, glad to hear your on the road to recovery and back in the gym. So you lost a month, no big deal, but you need to bust some ass and make up for it. 3 months left, you can still make huge progress in that time

Getting into training again after a physical setback like surgery is tough... a lot of people would use it as an excuse to quit. You're raring to jump right back into it, which is really admirable. Get going!!!

I know you're going to blow this away now that you are back in the game. Sure, you had surgery but it doesn't seem to have set you back much (I keep looking and I can't find anything major).

Thanks you all
This means a lot to me. Well I started to IMPC at 165lbs and 4 months later I am back at where I started out. 165lbs it is a little frustrating, but I have to live with it. Looks like DH has to go to Irak in October after all and you know he will be coming back to a brand new wife

I will be working my ass off this month, even though I have to start out with low weights to get my body used to it again, I am hoping by the end of the month I will be back up to my highest weights lifted.

Hey there Miezimau!

Congrats on lowering cholestoral!!

You are doing amazingly well after all your setbacks. The important thing is you are back at the gym and getting all back on track!

You look great in your pics though, Miezi.

Bet your DH is going to be VERY pleasantly surprised when he gets back!!

Your dedication is an inspiration miezimau! Hope your feeling better and your able to give it 100% again soon! Your still looking great so even if the weight doesn't agree you can still see the improvement. You must have added muscle to replace the fat. One piece of advice I'll give you is to get a little more aggressive in your posing. You look a little too relaxed, add a bit more grrrrrr..to it!

Thanks Miss D and DF for the comments. I just had my first Full body routine Friday and I am sooo sore today
Good things, at least I know I worked hard LOL
Yeah the posing is something I need to work on big time. I can tell you it is hard to figure out the right way and take the picture by yourself with the Self Timer LOL. I will try harder next month and put a little GRRRR in it
