Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Well, I'm just finishing my 4th week of my contest prep plan designed by EME and I am pleased with my progress. I am training and dieting harder right now than I ever have before. Over the course of the next month, I hope to be able to finally annhilate the last of the dwindling fat deposits on my gut, under my pecs, and on my lower back. I think my posing wasn't all there this week (not that I'm a master poser), but I was kind of rushed. I especially hate my rear shots this month. I took a few rear shots just a moment ago to prove to myself that it was just my posing that sucked and not my body... so I will post a bonus pic of me hitting a good rear double bi, which shows my back coming along nicely. Are you ready? ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | And now, bonus pics: The first is the aforementioned improved rear double bi and the second is a shot of some forearm vascularity which is becoming so prominent that it is grossing my wife out. She doesn't like veiny guys and if she thinks I'm gross now, whoa boy... wait until she gets a load of me in another 8 weeks. The picture doesn't fully capture the full vasculinity, but it'll do. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | DF and Newspawn: Thanks bros!!! I really appreciate the comments. I have worked so damn hard... it really just hit me how damn far I've come. I almost shed tears of pride when I put some comparison pics from April and this month together, which I will now share. I was 188-190 lbs in the April pics, with a 38" waist; I am now 156.5 lbs with a 31.5" waist. Damn was I pale back in April... thank god I started tanning, LOL.

as I bust through cardio with a smile on my face. When I am tempted to stop a set, I push out a few more reps, and I scream "FitnFirm, FitnFirm, FitnFirm!!!", just like Lou Ferrigno in Pumping Iron screaming "Arnold, Arnold, Arnold!!!". The only difference is that I scream that in my head, because I'd look a little odd shouting "FitnFirm" as I struggled through reps... people would look at me funny. At least, I think I'm only screaming that in my head .In my mind, I've already won something far more important than a trophy or title: I AM IN THE BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!! Everyone who can make that statement at the end of the IMPC is a winner in my book. Of course, I'll not only be able to say that, but I'll have a nice, shiny trophy to look at. Come on, we need a little trash talking people... this IS a competition!!!
