Default madman911 - November final pics - Novice Bodybuilding

Who came here to see some muscle?!! Let me here you people!!!!

Well, I came to deliver.

But, first off, I want to give a huge "thank you" to my fellow contestants. You all have kept me inspired and motivated with your impressive progress as well as your encouragements as I made progress of my own. Some of you may not have achieved what you hoped, but every one of us learned something about ourselves and about each other. I consider you all my friends. I hope you all continue to keep us appraised of your progress and I will be sure to plague you with mine.

Secondly, a huge round of thanks to my coach during my final weeks of contest prep... non other then Mr. Michael Elias (aka EME). Without his help I would not be the specimen that I am. He laid out a solid plan and I went at it with total focus and ferocity.

All said, I lost over 50 lbs in 8 months of continual cutting. I had lost over 30 when I started working with Michael and his plan allowed me to lose another 20+. I went from a 38" waist to a 28.5' waist. I will post side by sides at some point and I hope they can inspire a few people to take up this great sport. No matter where your body is at now, in a matter of months you can make amazing improvements, you just have to want it badly enough.

Is the tan stuff supposed to go on the face?

You have put a massive amount of work in Madman, congratulations and hope you do well in the IMPC.

Even more...

I have a ton of more cool pics in non-mandatory poses... some that'll make some more jaws drop. I'll post them somewhere or keep some in reserve to leak them out slowly over time, whenever I need some attention.

Game...Over...:run:

I knew you would bring your best package possible tonight madman, but damn! Did you really have to make us look THAT bad?

In all seriousness, you did an absolutely fantastic job cutting down those past 8 months. You've definately got what it takes to step up on the stage right now or in the future. Whatever you do bro, I will support it. Your progress each month have made us jealous and forced us to give 110% more in order to catch up to you. Good luck in the placings, but i'm sure you won't need it.

I have a printer... but I haven't used it in months and it produced a completely blank page when it tried to print out the download, so I was forced to get a little dream tan on the ol' laptop.

Thanks for the props bro.

Thanks a lot man. I wish I had time right now to check out everyone else's pics and make comments, but I'm over at my sister's place and I'm presently being anti-social to get my pics uploaded. Our families all went out tonight for dinner... man did I eat, I ATE BIG TIME!!! I'll be back around later tonight or tomorrow morning to check things out.
