Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Well, the debulkifying (you may call it cutting, but I call it debulkifying), seems to be going in the right direction. Down at least 6 lbs from the April pics, and I may be nuts here (afterall I am a madman), but I seem more defined, especially in the legs and even my midsection is starting to poke through more. If you look real close, there's just the tiniest bit of striations starting to be visible center of my pecs. Maybe I'm seeing what I want to see... :crazy1: My waist is still way too thick, but the fat on my torso is getting real soft and jiggly... that's a good thing. :nosthumbs Without further ado, I give you my May pics; do with them what you will.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 27 | LOL!! You are too much, brother! Lookin good...can't wait to see your results in November. I particularly think your "most muscular" is quite impressive. Are you going to be getting "dream tan" or some other brand for your final pics? |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Well, that's it. Hopefully a more impressive change for next month. I still have a very long way to go... the way I figure it, at least 30 lbs of fat and water must be shed before Nov. 18th if I'm to achieve true contest-ready condition.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Thanks, FnF! I'm only 5' 7", maybe 5' 8" on a tall day. My Dad is 6' 2", and while I didn't inherit his height, I did inherit his twig legs. I'm glad everyone is liking the quads, because they were a weak point that I've been hammering hard on. Looks like suffering with tremendous leg DOMS for 4 days every week and barely being able to walk down the stairs is paying off. People at work look at me really funny as I slowly struggle down the stairs, wincing in agony. I'm not a big log keeping guy (I suck at it), but I did post an outline of my dieting strategy in the IMPC Nutrition section... however, I've since decided I will not be doing the mini-bulk I had originally planned. I've also tweaked a couple of points in my diet since that post. It'll just be straight cutting until November for me. I want to avoid the mistake of underestimating the time it'll take to achieve shreddedness. For supps, I use Sesamin, BCAA, tons of whey, Cissus, MSM and glucosamine, Fish Oil, dextrose, maltodextrin, Creatine mono, and I'm using ephedrine and caffeine right now, but I'm about to cycle off of that. On May 22nd, I'll be commencing an X Factor + NHA stack. I just tried Anabolic Innovations Excell sample this morning and I liked it; it's a bit cheaper than XTend and has a nice flavor, so I'll likely be mega-dosing that in the near future.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | I just noticed how bad my rear lat pose sucks. My front lat is pretty good, but for some reason, I place my hands really low on the rear spread, when they should be in the same position as the front lat. If I bring the hands and elbows up more it'll enhance the width of the spread. I also have to lose about ten pounds of lower back fat so my waist is narrower... I hate my lower back fat. :screaming I'm working just as hard at my posing as I am in the gym and in the kitchen. I've also been doing barely any cardio thus far. I've only been doing 1 or 2 1/2 hour sessions a week. I'm taking a couple of classes right now and after finals next week, the cardio will be bumped up to 4-5 sessions per week, and eventually 2 x day. Then the fat'll really start to come off with some haste.

You dont have twig legs, I would have to see a before pic to believe that!!!!!!! Wow you are only one inch taller than me :p Wow if you are gonna start cutting now your gonna be super ripped!!!!!! Lots of cardio!!!!!! Im wanting to try the excell samples when they come, we spend alot of money on BCAA since we both use it, but only on workout days, but viper has to take 6 scoops and I take 2 scoops, that adds up fast!!!!!!! You should look into that Jungle warfare by ALRI, they have a tri-lean system that looks awesome, all for cutting, good deal when packaged together. Lets see what did I get from my father, supposedly shoulders/back. Ive always had to rip out those shoulder pads that come in clothes, lets see how big they can get!!!! | |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 34 | Madman you have made great progress, and with only 2x a week cardio? I am officially jealous! You look noticeably leaner and I have to agree with FNF, you do not have stick legs! You have alot of muscle there , can't wait to see how the cutting goes. Keep up the great job!
