Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Here are the July pics. I guess I made some progress since last month, but I'm not where I wanted to be. I'm no longer sure I will truly be shredded by November, but I'll do my best. I've lost 20lbs since April and I have at least another 30lbs to lose to approach contest condition.

| Incognito | Lookin good MM. 20 pounds certainly makes a difference, however, I fail to see where you need to lose another 30? If you do, your hiding it well ![]() Keep up the good work. |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 62 | Thanks to everyone for the encouraging words and to JJ for wanting to see me in high heels. I do think up to 30lbs of weight loss will be required. The next 10lbs I lose will give me a better compass to judge by. I'll lose whatever I need to lose to be shredded to the bone. There are many miles between six-packland and shreddsville and I've yet to even reach sixpackland. I agree FnF, my traps need work... it has taken me a long time to find what seems to work for them. I used to do barbell shrugs, despite the fact that I couldn't stand the way they felt, just because the general consensus is that they are the best exercise for growing one's traps. I now say "screw the general consensus" and I use the much maligned smith machine for my shrugs, which feels about 100-times more effective in isolating my traps and tearing them to shreds. I also do dumbbell shrugs. Keep practicing your tri pose, you've got muscle there... I can see a horseshoe just waiting to pop out!!!
