Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Thanks for the feedback guys. It's good motivation to have the IMPC check-in each month. You have to challenge yourself in some way to make an improvement. I'd have my off weeks where I was completely without motivation, but I somehow got dialed in. Bulking is pretty easy. You eat and show up! But cutting is a different story. We're all in the same boat now, so I guess I don't need to elaborate further. Good luck to everyone who has stuck with the contest. I've checked out of all your photo updates. Impressive work all round. What's most impressive though is not the muscles or the lbs shedded - it's that we've all stuck with it and journeyed towards improvement! ![]()
