Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | FYI I'm 192 lbs. morning weight today. I was as high as 215 lbs. night time weighing during the contest. On August 1st, when I began cutting, I was 208.5 lbs. morning weight.

You know Im just lucky in the back, I dont carry much fat in the upper 2/3 of my back, when I gain its in the hips/thighs and lower back. So I wish I could say I worked hard for that look, I trained hard, but the fat wasnt there to work off. but I am curious as to how it will look after water depletion! I think men have thicker skin on their backs too, Mine is very thin there, I mean THIN, but very thick on my thighs. I guess the way to get there is MORE cardio and the clean diet. Good luck!!!!
