Down 4.2 lbs in weight since last month. I expected around 10, but I believe I have been maintaining lean mass very well. I'll up the cutting for the last phase.

FYI I'm 192 lbs. morning weight today. I was as high as 215 lbs. night time weighing during the contest. On August 1st, when I began cutting, I was 208.5 lbs. morning weight.

Thanks for the props. Now if I can drop the weight and get my back cut up like yours in your avatar, I'll be really happy. Save some donuts for Viper... I'm getting tired of all the hard work and could use a few weeks break.

You know Im just lucky in the back, I dont carry much fat in the upper 2/3 of my back, when I gain its in the hips/thighs and lower back. So I wish I could say I worked hard for that look, I trained hard, but the fat wasnt there to work off. but I am curious as to how it will look after water depletion! I think men have thicker skin on their backs too, Mine is very thin there, I mean THIN, but very thick on my thighs. I guess the way to get there is MORE cardio and the clean diet. Good luck!!!! I cant wait to see your lovely wife's pics, she was kicking butt last month!

By the way, We are eating quite a bit of food still, 6-8 times a day, not hungry at all Im even eating rice & sweet tators too Its good to be "US" lol. Dont shrivel away to nothing by not eating
