Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Note: The photo with me showing the November download was taken a few hours after my photo session, after I showed off the Pro Tan. When I was taking the photos Ironmass was offline, and I couldn't get the download. Hope that is ok.

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | It's been a great contest. A definitive learning experience. Now I'll be preparing to dial it in, and compete on a live stage in 2007. I believe I have at least 10 more lbs to lose to be where I need to be to compete. I'm going to continue down the scale before bulking. I want to hit my competition level first, and then lean bulk. I've recruited a trainer to give me a helping hand with the goal of competing in some natural competions... or as a natural in perhaps some not-so-natural competitions. ![]() I'll be working on bringing up all my weakpoints. There are many of course, but I'm changing my routine to hit them more often, harder, and more efficiently. I hope to achieve a whole new level in 2007. By the end the year, I'd like to be ripped at 180. That's probably a reasonable goal for me to set since I build and carry mass pretty well. In any event, congratulations to everyone who stuck it out. I know it can sometimes be tough to find time in our busy schedules to break out a photo session, and risk it all by posting ourselves on the Net. But everyone here has a goal, and I'm sure (as I have) are using this as a learning experience and motivator to continue. Now - I have to go check out Viper's photos and see how much more he dialed it in this month. ![]()

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 8 | Fish, fish, and more fish. My diet plan was basically cutting out my high fat sources, but it worked. 10 more lbs to go down for me before I restart my bulk. ![]() You and Viper make a great team - both of you have looked great for months now. It was a pleasure! Can't wait to see how everyone does now. But, after all this time working towards the goal of making improvements, we all won before we even submitted the pictures! 8 months of dedicated training is no small feat! Congats to all!

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 60 | Wow!!! Impressive change bro. You are well on your way to competition shape... don't think in terms of numbers on the scale, just look in the mirror and it'll tell you whether you need to keep cutting. I stopped weighing myself 7-8 weeks out from the IMPC finals, as I found it useless to think in those terms. You can never get too lean too soon IMO, better to be shredded weeks in advance and use the last weeks to dial it in to perfection then to resort to drastic measures in the final weeks to shed the remaining fat. If I had 2-3 more weeks, I could have really done something amazing, but my body had just about had it... I really was reaching a breaking point after 8 months.
