Only constructive criticism I would give you is to flex your legs when you're posing. I'm sure you have definition in your legs, but it doesn't show in your poses. It is very important to flex your legs hard when hitting every pose; even your relaxed poses. My posing needs lots of work too, but that's something I've been concentrating on. Your legs are just as important to the judges as your upperbody, so make sure you display those wheels as best you can. Great progress, keep it up. You're gonna be a tough one to handle come November.

What kind of changes stat's wise did you see? Like others said legs are lagging behind the rest of you so that's the thing you need to not only work hardest but fall in love with working. I managed to add a lot of size to my sticks when I incorporated the 20 rep squat. Anyway not to detract cause you did do great this month. :clap: |

Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 39 | Hell ya, it's like night and day. As everyone has said the rear lat is schwaeeeet! I hear Twinkies are anabolic munch munchConstructive - also said before but work them legs, I think if you got your calves blown up your body would look very good. One thing that I have been doing lately is smith machine squats and on the way up do a calf raise. Last set when the quads are blasted just keep busting calf raises till failure.
