Recipes: 0 Rep Power: 45 | Ive been on my cutting cycle for a month now. I cant say whats different as its very hard to distinquish between last months pics and these. I took measurements on the 6th of October and it shows some loss , and also some size gain in upper chest area mainly. When I started the cutting I weighed 141, I now weigh 140, not much of a scale change but something is happening as I have gained strength on Military presses, now doing 50 pound dumbbells. As of today Im going twice a day cardio so I expect to see the fat falling off. So far I havent had any trouble doing the new training in high reps, it was hard at first but I quickly adapted. I can only hope the next 6 weeks go well. ![]() |
