FitnFirm's November Final Pics- IMPC / Novice

Well the day has come..............Yes Im glad its over but wish I had done better. Ive dealt with some obstacles this past 10 weeks, and they got the best of me.

My pics are not the best quality, alot of them were very blurry so I had less to choose from. My pro tan starting melting under the lights with the Pam spray too, looking mottled. I did touch up some of the blotches in my rear lat and rear double bicep pics because it looked so horrible.

I lost 8 pounds total in the 10 weeks, lost more fat and inches. Problem was my skin did not shrink down fast enough for today, I did not lose any weight until week 7 when I dropped creatine and all other supps. Ive learned I need about 18 weeks for cutting.

I am happy with my results but they could of been better if I had more time to cut. I must not forget my age in all this, my mind says Im 20, body says im 43, lol.

Its been a pleasure to be a part of this with everyone at Iron Mass. Ive learned alot about everyone and Im very impressed with the drive and motivation others have displayed.

I really would though ! lol Im so proud of you, I didnt think you could do it but even though I havent seen your finals yet, I know you DID do it, cause your a MADMAN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Spaceclown- Your awesome!!!!!! You have done amazing things with your body, even though most of them are illegal........ Im proud of you too!!!! You deserve a trophy for putting up with me for 8 months

Ok, one last word to people: Listen to your trainer!!!!!!!! Cause if you dont.....You will end up regretting it.

Now, Im on another mission, to continue building the baby beast that I know I am. Even though Im glad this is over, Im very sad and emotional because I feel like I lost something, Somehow I will survive!

I actually feel the same way about this being over. These last 4 months have been very stressfull but at the same time very fun. Each month when we post our pictures we motivated each other and made each other stick with it till the end.

I am also happy though that I can actually enjoy some activities with friends/family and catch up on everything that I missed while dieting.

Fit, you looked great from when you started cutting. Realistically, you did an awesome job in 10 weeks. And btw, I gotta say this again, your one strong woman!!!

Thanks everyone!!!! We went out very briefly to have a steak dinner with potatoes and rolls, and .......cheescake

I couldnt get to crazy with the food as Viper was mostly drinking his

I had to babysit

Monday starts a new tomorrow for me, its all about ME damnit!!!!!

FnF, I really hope you're proud of what you've accomplished. If you make the same amount of progress over the next 8 months, then the next 8 months.... so on and so on, then in 2-3 years, you'll be dominating stages. That's real. You are one strong lady, I have never seen a woman lift those kinds of weights in my gym... a lot of guys don't even put up the 45s on shoulder press. Start logging you progress again so I can keep you motivated and taunt you comically. I promise I'll be logging my next phase so you'll know where to find me if you feel the need to administer a random tea bagging or need to find a Jungle Warfare tester (hint, hint).

This is indeed just the beginning for all of us. I can't wait to see how we all look in another year!!!
